ADHD & Autism-Informed Support

A safe, understanding space for neurodivergent individuals

I offer ADHD- and autism-informed counselling and coaching that recognises neurodivergence as a natural variation of human experience, not something that needs to be fixed. My work is grounded in professional training, clinical experience, and a deep respect for the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals.

Whether you are diagnosed, self-identified, questioning, or supporting a neurodivergent family member, you are welcome here.

Understanding ADHD & Autism

Living in a world that is not designed with neurodivergent minds in mind can be exhausting. Many people with ADHD and/or autism experience chronic overwhelm, burnout, masking, emotional intensity, sensory sensitivity, difficulties with organisation, or a lifelong feeling of being “too much” or “not enough”.

Therapy can offer a space to unlearn shame, make sense of these experiences, and develop ways of living that honour your nervous system rather than fight against it.

My Approach
